Smoothies are the perfect food for mental and physical health! They’re fast, easy, refreshing, and as long as you use the right ingredients, they really give you a mental boost. They’re easy on the digestive system as well. We only use all natural ingredients, which are, fresh or frozen fruit, water or natural juice, vegetables, and yogurt. We probably have them at least once a week.
Who doesn’t love smoothies, right? Plus, you can’t go wrong with them for kids either, because we haven’t heard of any kids who don’t like them. We’re probably wrong though…kids are super duper weird. Happy blending, friends! Please, let us know what you think in the comments!
